Action Fields

Fields are where Asset Panda captures information about records. Think about it, the system would not know what to capture without gathering specific information. This is where action fields enter the picture and begin to gather the information you need.

The fields within the Actions screen consist of the following types:

• Open Fields
• Closed Fields
• Change Fields

One quick thing to note about these action fields is notifications. For instance, a notification sends if someone edits an action field once the action is performed. Read more about this in About Notifications.
