Update Currency Settings

To update your currency settings:

 

1. Click to select your settings  icon, and then select Company Settings.

 

 

2. Scroll to your Date/Time/Currency Formats. (See Company Settings to find more information on noncurrency-related fields.)

 

 

3. Select your preferred settings (see below for a more in-depth explanation of these settings).

 

What do these fields mean?

 

  • Default Currency:  Clicking anywhere in this box will display a drop-down menu that will allow you to choose your company’s default currency setting
  • Default date format:  A default date setting of MMDDYYYY is pre-selected but dates can be displayed differently.  Asset Panda allows the date format to display to be selected.  Clicking anywhere in the box displays a drop down list to select from.
  • Default time format:  A default time format has been pre-selected for you.  If you want time to display differently Asset Panda allows you to select the time format to display.  Clicking anywhere in the box displays a drop down list you select from.
  • Default Time Zone for New Users: This will allow you to choose the time zone for all users on your Asset Panda account. Please note, if a remote user needs to update their own time zone, they can do so when they are logged in. (See My Settings for more information.)
  • Calendar View:  A default view for a standard calendar has been pre-selected for you. Clicking anywhere in the box allows you to select the Gantt Chart view.
  • Show Historical Calendar Items: This will allow you to select whether you can see items in the calendar from the past or whether you will only see upcoming items

 

4. Click Save.
