Delete Users
Asset Panda provides the ability to delete users from within your account. Deleting a user disables them from being able to log into the account with their credentials. It also removes them from the account entirely, which includes removing their name from the action history and any records associated with their account.
NOTE: Only company admins can delete users from an account.
If you are wish to permanently remove a user from the account but need to retain the history of that user, we recommend creating a report containing the needed information before moving forward with the deletion.
NOTE: A deleted account cannot be obtained once it has been deleted. The account and all of its information is permanently gone.
If you wish to restrict a user from logging in or using the account but need to retain the history of the user, we recommend deactivating their user account rather than moving forward with a deletion.
Unlike deletions, deactivations are not permanent. Deactivated users can be reactivated at any time. (See Deactivate Users for more information how to deactivate a user.)
