Deactivate Users

Asset Panda allows you to deactivate users from within your account. Deactivation disables them from being able to log in to the account, while still allowing you to retain their name on any entries they are associated with when it comes to action history or the change logs.

A best practice is to deactivate a user, and then to attach an Inactive status to their record entry in your Employees (or Staff) group instead of deleting them completely from the account.

NOTE(S): Only company administrators are able to deactivate and reactivate users.

Deactivations are not permanent and a user can be reactivated at any time.
