View Notification History
You can also view the notification history for specific assets. (This includes all notifications, including reservation notifications.)
1. Select your preferred group, and then select the asset for which you wish to view the notification history.
2. Select Notification History from the panel on the left side of your screen.
The notification history (and specific notification details) for that specific asset displays.
You'll notice specific details about the notification:
- Send Date: This also includes the time the notification was sent. Note that the time reflects the user's timezone.
- Send To: Contains the email address of who the notification was sent to. Notice that it may be set to notify multiple email address. All of these email addresses are separated by a comma.
- Description: Provides information such as who updated the asset.
- How was it sent: Provides details on how the notification was sent (Notification Panel, Email, or Mobile Notification).
- Name: This field contains the name of the notification that was triggered. (The name is provided by the user within the Notification Configuration settings. See the, How do I build a notification section above.)
- Notification Type: This field includes the type of notification (Group, Group Action, Group Field, Group Action Field, Reservation).
