Instructions

Our Instructions feature allows you (depending on your permissions) to provide instructions for both users and admins. 

 

To create instructions:

 

1. Select the Support menu, and then select Instructions.

 

 

2. Select Add New to create new instructions.

 

 

3. Enter the Name for your instruction, and then select to attach the file attachment you wish to include (this is required). 

 

 

4. Use the For admin and For user drop-down menus to select Yes or No, depending on who you intend to view the instruction. 

5. Click Save.

You now have the option to View, Edit, or Delete your existing instructions. 

 

 

You can also add your instructions to existing folders.  

 

6. Select Add to Folder, and then select the desired folder from the drop-down menu.
