Clear Browser Cache

This article will assist you in clearing your browser cache. Note that each company may update the user interface but the steps should still be valid.

Note that specific browsers are third party applications. As a result, Asset Panda is not responsible for changes to these applications. See the specific help links contained within each browser section below for the most up-to-date information.


Using a keyboard shortcut

If you are using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox as your browser, you can quickly clear your cache by using a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, select the following keys simultaneously:
 

  • Ctrl + Shift + Delete (on Windows)
  • Cmd + Shift + DEL (on Mac)

 

From within the browser

You can also clear your cache from within your browser. 


Google Chrome

1. Select Settings
2. Select Privacy and security, and then select Clear browsing data.
3. Select Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files.
4. Select Clear browsing data.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Select Options, and then select Privacy.
2. Select Clear your recent history, and then select Cookies and Cache.
3. Click Clear now.

Microsoft Edge

1. Select the hub icon.
2. Select History, and then select Clear all history.
3. Select Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files.
4. Select Clear.
